Dos and Don'ts to break-ups for girls

Breakups are never easy no matter what side of the situation you're on. Losing a friend is hard and demands an appropriate time for healing. Spring seems to be the time for singles to mix and mingle, but can also be sort of a world wind for those who haven't been in the game for a while. For some, it may seem impossible to get over your ex, but trust me- it's not! Pay attention to the facts. If he's not showing much interest in you now, he's probably not that interested in you anymore. A guy knows exactly what he wants and he will do anything necessary (or unnecessary) to get it. It may be hard for you to accept the situation, but you have to believe that it will get easier as the days go by.  It takes a lot of time (sometimes years), but you have to let your heart run its course. And after all of that running, your heart will be stronger than ever and ready to love again. If you're having a hard time moving on, here are a few dos and don'ts that can help you through your breakup process:

Dos
  • Delete his number or erase his name from your contact list
  • Find ways to stay busy
  • Cut off all communication with him
  • Keep an open mind about new relationships and dating
  • Forgive him-let it go
  • Take down pictures or anything that reminds you of him
  • Avoid too much contact with his family

Yes breakups are hard to get over but u better believe that there's a lesson in every breakup you always leave with something. In the end you come out a better person forgiving is the easy pay but forgetting not so mich but after you forgive it makes u feel so much better about the situation. Now I just feel like things are temporary and God takes you places to make u a better person.
